He has over 20 years of experience strategically leading a variety of business support operational areas, including HR, Recruitment, Resourcing, Facilities, Marketing, IT, and Security, all within a consultancy environment.
Alan has experience leading and developing teams across the Defence, Government, Space, Energy, Financial Services, and Sports sectors. He is a qualified Mental Health First Aider and began his early career as a PGA-qualified Golf Professional and Instructor.
On the weekends, Alan can be found training for a marathon or going for a long walk with his family. He also never misses a West Ham United game!
