Carl Dalton

One of the founding partners of Sirius Analysis, Carl is a highly experienced management consultant with nearly 50 years’ of related experience; of which the last 40 years’ has been spent conducting studies and leading tasks for Government and leading industrial organisations. He became Chair of Sirius Analysis in August 2024.

Carl was one of the two Owner-Directors of Polaris Consulting Limited, a highly successful consultancy which traded from 2001 to 2017. When Polaris was acquired, he became one of the four Partners in the Consultancy and Project Services (CaPS) division, with a turnover of over £20M.

He is a Fellow of the Association of Cost Engineers.
